The Home Buyer Tax Credit has gone away for new purchases, but Uncle Sam has extended the credit to those buyers who had a contract in place on or before April 30, 2010. If you didn't get a chance to take advantage of the home buyer tax credit all is not lost. You can always buy a home at any time, but some times are better than others... and that would be true right now.
The secret to getting the best deal on a home is to buy when the property prices and the interest rates are at their lowest. That is NOW... those 2 factors don't usually come together very often.
Jump on the bandwagon and score big savings while you can. You don't want to be caught in the classic "Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda" scenario later.

Home Buyer Tips
Home Buyers get FREE services. You can choose to be represented or to only get assistance.
Colorado Law requires real estate brokers to disclose the various broker relationships that are available to you when you decide to retain the services of a real estate agent to work with you. You should know that realtors can represent your interests in a real estate home purchase or you can have an agent assist you with a transaction. No matter which method you select, the services are generally FREE to you.
The biggest difference between the brokerage services is one of assistance vs. one of representation. It is of the utmost importance for Buyers to know who is and who is not in their corner as their agent BEFORE entering into a real estate transaction with a Seller. You’ll find a brief description of a Transaction Broker and a Buyer’s Agent. It’s your choice, but most buyers prefer to work with a Buyer’s Agent to safeguard their interests.

disclose how many days the property has been on the market,
the listing history of the property, the sold comparisons and statistics,
and much more.

of their duties.
